PROS: Only one good thing is the atmosphere. The place is lovely, like its taking you back in the 50's - 60's bodavile style.

CONS: 1 ) When paying for the drink I'm paying cash and was told they only accept card. When I'm paying card I was told the machine not working! What dah!!! Then one of the servers said "we can pay when the machine is fixed." She just took our names and after awhile went around to get our payments.

2. When I asked the server how many empanadas in one order, I was told 3 big pcs. She demonstrated to me how big so I thought it's enough for me. When it came out, it was 5 very tiny ones, and it is so soggy!!!! The dipping as well is not the right dipping sauce for it. That is after an hour of waiting!!!

3. We booked 28 people in the group. I never ever never dine in any place that for a simple chicken salad, it took them more than 2.5 hours to be served!!! We all ordered 6:30pm and no joke those who ordered chicken salad had their order served at 8:50 pm. More than 2.5 hours for a simple chicken salad!!!!! We thought the kitchen staff were still trying to catch the chicken from the farm!!!! Not funny at all!!! For those who ordered a steak and chips had their food served after 1.5 hours around 8pm. One of the ladies said "the pepper sauce for the steak doesn't even taste like pepper sauce. It tastes just like plain gravy". She's very disappointed after waiting for more than an hour.

4. Staff specially the new guy(he said it's his first night) just walking in and then walking out without checking if all got their orders or if anybody who were finished like to order coffee or any dessert. But anyway, I decided to just not to order coffee because my coffee might come in the following morning, ready for breakfast!! That's how appalling the service and the food in this place!!!!

Will not and never recommend this place...

Where do I even begin with this disastrous excuse for an "all-you-can-eat" buffet? If I could give it zero stars, I would. My recent visit to The Gatsby Longue was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this dining experience on my worst enemy.
