Carl's Jr. Elizabeth — Restaurant in Adelaide

Tired of hungry jacks, McDonald, KFC or Red rooster? Looking for something different and worth the money? Well Carl’s Jr Elizabeth is 100% percent the place for you. The burgers are not only perfect but when they advise what on their menu that’s exactly what you get! How exciting. The staff was friendly the manager was friendly and the environment was wonderful. There was no waiting time we’ll not for long anyways. Sat at my table and my food was right behind me within a few minutes. I had a issue with drinks missing and the manger solved my issue straight away. It’s clean it new and the burgers are 100% worth trying.

You know what make it better ! Like it couldn’t get any better - free refills. How awesome is that! I never been to a fast food restaurant before with such amazing things experiences.

Before I conclude - The ice-cream milkshakes is a must have when you order you wouldn’t be disappointed

Brand new store and I going to conclude this with definitely coming back again. I replacing Carl’s Jr restaurant for my fast food place to go too.

So lastly what are you wanting for - go down and try your awesome...

Rocked in after midnight for drive through. ... gave my order and was told menu item was unavailable. OK, revised my order ... was told I'd need to wait in the parking bay. OK, finally got my order ... which was cold. If you're going to make me wait, at least make sure my order is warm. The irony of my cold order is the meat was overcooked. Unfortunately, not the first time I've been disappointed, but it will be the last time.

Update: Was contacted by the owner ... 'Hello, We'd like to investigate this feedback right away as it's very important to us that you enjoy your meal and that it leaves you satisfied' asking me to contact them.

Firstly, I've read plenty of reviews with the same criticisms, and you've clearly not paid attention to their feedback. Why would I bother? I've already provided feedback you're not going to act on.

Secondly, unless Carl's Jr has a time machine, there's no way you can ensure I 'enjoy my meal and that it leaves you satisfied' ... it would also mean the movie 'Idiocracy' (2006) was wrong. The time machine wasn't at Costco, it was at Carl's Jr all...

Since the grand opening I have visited 3 times every time I have been disappointed, i thought maybe just an off day, the burgers don't taste like they are freshly made to order and the chips were also cold and somewhat soggy and or barely cooked properly also cold... The quality is nothing like the one on Grand Junction Rd or even Gepps Cross, the reviews absolutely support this they don't lie. The Elizabeth Carls Jr is clearly the worst in the state and with so many fast food restaurants around in this area you'll definitely be left behind. Honestly I think Maccas and HJs are better that this particular restaurant and I don't hold them highly area here either but still better than my experience here.

I think you really need to review your processes at this restaurant. Maybe more emphasis on quality and further training for the staff to be more consistent with quality, but after 3 separate occasions all being disappointing experiences suggests there is a major issue here. Happy to explain my experiences more if required, but at this stage I have no interest in returning to...
