Editing my previous review because it seems this location has a new owner. The staff is SO SLOW now even after months and months of seeing them in store. I usually order one drink with a few simple modifications (soy milk, no sugar, little ice, hazelnut syrup, pearls) and it takes up to 10 minutes to get this drink with almost no customers in store. The staff often can't find the right buttons on the POS machine. There have been errors (forgetting to use soy milk, forgetting the syrup/flavor, adding too much ice etc) almost every time. I find it really strange that a shop that ONLY sells drinks doesn't have staff that understands how it all works. One person serving, slowly, unable to process orders smoothly because of taking others orders. They refunded one of my drinks because I didn't want to substitute pearls, but could only give cash so I had to take a bunch of coins.
