The advertised opening times are totally wrong. That is a fairly basic issue to clean up. Tonight the info here on google was that they are open until 11.30, but when I rang at 10.30 the phone rang out with no answer. Previously I rang at what should have been a couple of hours before closing and they said they were packing up. I am happy for them to open or not open whenever they want...but just communicate that accurately so people don't waste their time. The pizza itself, is adequate, but very expensive relative to size, overly salty, over-cooked and a bit sparse on ingredients and slow. If you are like me and grew up in the north west suburbs of Melbourne, then don't even bother. Instead just close your eyes and remember those little family run places in Brunswick, and Essendon, where it was great value, and pizzas were made with a lot of love...juicy, colourful, swamped in toppings, like a modern art sculpture and with an addictive smell that would knock your socks off. Got that in your mind? yep? well.....these ones are not that. I am an average guy with an average BMI, and their large is one I can eat alone in one sitting and still feel peckish. The price is the same price that would fund three trips to McDonalds or a night out having sushi with alcohol. So if you are desperate, like flinging money around and if they are open when they say they are, which is unlikely, then....by all means. Enjoy and...

The premises was freezing cold with inefficient heating and everyone had to keep their coats on. The pizzas were terrible quality and most were burnt on top. My sister asked if they could make her pasta without chili and they assured her they could. However, it arrived with chili in it and she couldn't eat it. I had pasta primavera which was basically a bowl of slop and I couldn't eat mine either. My brothers food was also different to what he ordered as they don't seem to know the difference between pastas. We would have expected more for the cost of this food. On walking to the toilet, there was empty bottles stacked up next to open bags of salt, stuff everywhere. In the toilet, the tap wouldn't work, there was no soap in the dispenser and the dryer didn't work. The disabled toilet light didnt work and the area was filthy. This was a very disappointing experience and not one I would...
Read moreIt was a nice place to dine in in Glenelg and quite early evening. I went with my partner last week, the first service lady (old) said hello and was taking too long 25-30 min just to take our order. Than we were greeted by young waitress arrived to take our order who had just clocked in for her shift for the evening, she was amazing with service. But we realise the old lady was her manager or supervisor, she wasn’t very happy her serving us or something, she was showing very arrogant and rude behaviour towards the young waitress we felt very bad about this situation. The house should not hire somebody with this behaviour.
We ended up asking for take away instead of dine in. Food was great, the young chef was apologetic toward their service. The house can improve much if they have good floor staff and waitress with positive attitude rather than arrogant or grumpy person who doesn’t show respect toward...
