Used to love this place and it was once my favourite. Now it's not even worth one star. My Husband and I went there this morning and they gave us both the wrong drink, wrong size, no whipped cream which we both asked for and to make matters worse i found a beard hair (hoping it was a beard hair anyway) in my drink from the Indian man who wasn't wearing a hair net. We had been to Tea tree plaza for shopping yesterday and at one stage our 4months kid was feeling hungry and was crying. I went to the Barista to ask for some hot water but she refused to get it telling me it against rules and regulations.
