Nothing Caribbeany! No canary yellows, bright greens or aqua blues. Just a subtle n thankful experience. Tucked into a life saving/healing institution this coffee shop could be missed if not entering via hospital. Ambience:Tinted glass walls , a narrow door(QR code helped identify it) and rampart lead to fairly lit ordering section. chandeliers clustered n dripping soft light through out restaurant added to the mood for coffee. It was drizzling outside. Food: Cappuccino came in wide mouthed porcelain cup, chocolate powdered, a tiny cookie n sugar bowl. I felt I was gulping rather than sipping. Coffee tasted good. I recently visited this lovely cafe and had such a wonderful experience that I had to share it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff were not only nice and professional, but genuinely pretty and pleasant to interact with—they really made me feel welcome.

The customer service was excellent. Everyone was attentive without being intrusive, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do. It created such a positive atmosphere.

As for the food and coffee—amazing! The coffee was rich and smooth, easily one of the best I've had in a while. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was delicious.

Coffee was passable but when I got my eggs Benedict there was no bacon! When I went to ask why I was told that there is the option of either avocado or bacon. I replied I was never given the option, on the menu it states specifically poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce, spinach and BACON!! It’s not given as an option smh. Couldn’t be bothered taking it further so I left. The toast it came on also had no butter! And finally, the staff all seemed like they wished they were somewhere else. In the service industry if you ain’t feelin’ it then fake it....
