Worst experience. The Manager or the young lady with glasses that acts as the Manager, has a truly poor customer service. We booked a table for 10 people at 6:30 pm on the 14th of February (Valentine’s day) which it is known as a busy service for every venue. Despite this obvious situation, they just had 1 pizza maker.

It was 9pm and none of the persons in our table had their pizzas. No one. We came to the counter, this lady with glasses, said that our pizzas were already in the oven. False. The pizza maker had just put the dough in the bench ready to start putting the toppings. She said that all the other tables that came after us, had their pizzas before because they were smaller groups and the oven only supports 4 pizzas at each time. Is this a reasonable explanation?

We asked for the bill without the pizzas. She gave us the invoice and added a 3rd bottle is wine that we never asked for. She intended to charge us more than what we truly consumed. Truly an absolute joke.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Rude Management

I wish I could give this place a better review, but our experience was incredibly frustrating. We waited over an hour for our food, and when we asked about our order, the staff seemed indifferent. The person in charge was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us for a bottle of wine we never ordered! When we pointed it out, there was no apology—just attitude.

Service like this is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. There are plenty of restaurants with great food and respectful service—this is definitely not...

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My friends and I waited over an hour and a half for our pizzas, and when we inquired about the delay, the staff was incredibly rude. Not only were we ignored, but it was clear they prioritized serving customers who arrived after us. To make matters worse, the girl at the counter gave us an incorrect invoice, charging us for a bottle of wine we never ordered. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when you're paying for a dining experience. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place if you value your time and deserve respect...
