We've been eating at Parade Thai for a number of years and have found the food to be of very good quality and authentic Thai. On Friday night unfortunately we found the overall experience to be very poor. None of our favourite dishes, such as the Red Duck Curry, Pad Thai and Stir Fried beef were up to their usual standard, with the food lacking taste and light on key ingredients like chicken and prawns in the Pad Thai. Our favourite dish, the Red Duck Curry was extremely disappointing with the sauce and duck meat both tasteless.

Waiter was the sole front of house staff and was run off his feet, but he was attentive and patient with our indecision. Read moreQuality ingredients and NOT OILY! Ugh it is so hard to find a Thai restaurant that doesn't drench the stir fried in oil and sugar to try and fill you up. Some people complained the food was too watery, have they never tried a stir fry in Thailand? It is meant to be infused with spices and other flavours in a broth, not a sea of oil. Often they have soups on the menu as well which this place does.
