Last supper before I fly back to Perth, and my best friend took me here for a GREAT toastie and by far one of the best matcha’s I have ever endured.

On the main strip of Norwood, The Parade, prime location, not too big but the right size for an intimate experience.

I had the tuna melt, and oh, my, days. Perfect ratio of sauce and filling with the RIGHT BREAD!! To make the perfect toastie, you don’t want the bread to be a brick that could break your teeth, this had the right crispy texture whilst still having a bit of chew, which I personally enjoy.

Now this matcha, so creamy and so smooth, great almond milk as well which I know can be hard when it comes to a latte.

Finally, the service, the lovely guy, named Matt, is such a kind and friendly person, the kind you would happily chat to on the street because he radiates good energy.

Firstly, I ordered a mortadella and mozzarella sandwich, but the quality of the mortadella was disappointing. It tasted cheap and was cut too thickly, which made it quite unappetizing. Additionally, the sandwich was overloaded with rocket, which overwhelmed the overall flavor and balance of the sandwich.

Furthermore, I also ordered a coffee, which I intended to enjoy alongside my meal. However, as I had it on my lap, the coffee began pouring out from the bottom of the cup. This was not only inconvenient but also quite messy. It appears that the paper cups used are of poor quality, which contributed to this unpleasant incident.

Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, and I am unlikely to return based on this visit. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and consider making improvements in both the quality of your ingredients and the durability of...

This cafe is absolutely fantastic!

I stopped by to grab a takeaway coffee and Reuben sandwich. The coffee was excellent and very well-made. The Reuben was perfect, it had a great amount of ingredients, was very tasty, and was a good size.

The service was very friendly, and the sandwich was ready within 10 minutes.

I also love that they support local artists by displaying their pictures on the walls.

There are sitting areas both inside and outside.

I can’t fault this cafe! Can’t wait to come back and try more...
