T Mood Rundle Mall — Restaurant in Adelaide

Front counter service person was very rude, he was asian young guy about 5’10, didn’t greet us or say anything to us, only spoke when spoken to. I noticed that the cutlery (where customers can collect from) was dirty with food still on it, it was dirty so I asked him to wash it with hot water, he walked right passed, blatantly ignored me and didn’t acknowledge me at all. When I asked him again he mumbled ‘yeah yeah yeah’, when he cleaned them he walked past, dumping all cutlery on our table, with it almost spilling over the edge. We bought 6 drinks, all that were plain, no flavor, and we didn’t finish them. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

To that service guy, pay more attention and have manners. It’s not that hard. Learn and practice better customer service because it was very disappointing.

Ordered milkteas from here four times. The first time the drinks were great but everything went downhill from there. Second time ordered brown sugar milk but they gave plain milk with no bubbles, but got fixed afterwards but with uncooked bubbles. Decided to give them another go for the third time with the brown sugar milk but the bubbles were uncooked again, I have never had bubbles that are crunchy like that. The forth and last time, ordered 2 drinks when they were hardly busy at around 11.30pm and waited for nearly an hour for just only one drink finished that was watered down. Me and my family went there for lunch, front counter service guy was very rude, when y sister asked him to clean dirty cutlery, he ignored her and walked right pass her. When she asked him again after being ignored he muttered 'yeah yeah yeah' and ignored her again. When he cleaned it he walked past our table and dumped all the cutlery on our table, nearly spilling to the edge.

To that service guy, asian, about 5'10, learn to be polite and courteous. There was no customer service whatsoever. To this restaurant, please take action and don't ignore this. This was a very bad experience...
