Pretty upset with the service today. We ordered a matcha latte, which came out with chai dusted on the top. My partner took it back and asked them politely to remake it and also put it in a takeaway cup for me as I had a 12 hour shift to go to. The same coffee was brought back to us poured in to a takeaway cup and the gentleman said ‘this is a matcha latte, its just got cinnamon sprinkled on the top’. All I ordered was a matcha latte, would it have been that hard to just remake it. I left the drink there and went. Paid for literally nothing. This used to be our favourite spot on Jetty road for food and drinks, but after the poor service today us and friends will go to a different cafe on this stretch from now on. Really...

This place was quickly becoming our new favourite breakfast spot just for the delicious acai bowls but unfortunately when we visited on the weekend (Saturday 2/3) our experience wasn’t so great. Usually the service is amazing but the person who took our order this day must’ve got up on the wrong side of the bed. They were quite rude and unhelpful. That aside, our food wasn’t up to the standard we were used to. There were ingredients missing and the peanut butter (best part of the chocolate acai bowl!) was subbed for what tasted like ‘Bega’ peanut butter. If you can’t deliver a consistent product, please let the customer know to avoid disappointment. We’ll probably give it a miss for a while until they can sort...

I love this place and often have a coffee and snack here (and will happily continue to do so). I think the staff are very kind and I love the vibe. However, they close the kitchen much earlier than they close, which is fine if there’s a sign or something (and to be fair, they usually do put one out), but today I tried to order something that was displayed in their cabinet almost an hour before they closed and they told me everything was closed in the kitchen and there was no way to heat it. Again, that’s totally okay if you stop serving warm food an hour before you close, but maybe don’t display the food that can’t be warmed to avoid disappointing...
