Vista Pizzeria — Restaurant in Adelaide

Vista Pizzeria is one of only two Takeaway Pizza Places we have found in the North Eastern Suburbs which make Gluten-Free Pizza Bases which are also Soy-Free!! The other place is "Munnopara Pizza Kitchen"! Both places are excellent!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The People who work at Vista Pizzeria are really friendly and clearly take making perfect Pizzas very seriously!! Their Pizzas are so generously made that when I was carrying a stack of four pizza boxes home in the car, the bottom box got partially crushed from the weight of the other three! Thankfully they place little plastic tables inside their boxes to hold up the lids and so all four Pizzas were still PERFECT when we got home!

Our whole Family are Vegetarian, with quite a few food allergies, and each of us can enjoy exactly what we need/want to eat from the extensive Menu range at Vista Pizzeria! Their list of Vegetarian and Vegan options is truly mind-blowing!! 🤯 Personally, I always get the 'Vegetarian Deluxe' with Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomato, Mushroom, Artichokes, Olives, Roasted Capsicum, Spanish Onion, Basil, Feta Cheese & Mozzarella Cheese on a Home Made Traditional Italian Tomato Base. Unfortunately I can't have the Mushroom or Spanish Onion, so I order Pineapple instead and they are incredibly generous with that!! Last time they topped my Pizza with fresh Basil Leaves and it was SUPERB!! 😍🍕

Ordered from here on a regular basis, at least twice a month. Was advised by the staff to order using their app instead of menulog because they get more money. Did that to help them out, everything seemed ok until today. Placed an order, and after 2 hours of waiting...tried to ring the business and no answer for over 30 minutes. After getting annoyed by two very hungry kids I drove down to the business and the place is closed, with nothing to explain why. The trading hours on the door showed they are supposed to be open till 11:30pm.

Edit: I have since spoken to the staff who were apologetic, and understanding. This place still makes fantastic pizzas and schnitzels. I have gone back and ordered since and had no issues, and the food has overall been of great quality, and arrived on-time nice and hot. i have amended my review, as i think these guys have done a great job during the recent pandemic. Kudos to Vista Pizza and...

If I could give less than one star I would. Our pizza was delivered and just left at the front door without anyone knocking, texting or ringing the door bell so we were unaware they had been delivered. I rang the restaurant and they suggested I check outside the door and sure enough there were our pizzas. They had been sitting on the porch in freezing weather for 45 minutes and were stone cold and soggy and almost inedible. I rang the restaurant to complain and they told me I had to contact menu log because I ordered through them. I rang them and they said they needed the restaurants permission to provide a refund and when they rang the restaurant they refused permission for refund. The first time that actually hung up on them. I am disgusted with the customer service and would not recommend this restaurant at all to anyone. The pizzas were very average and obviously a lot...
