TLDR: Zambrero poisoned my friend.
My friends and I got hungry one night and ordered seven items in total. Some of which were fairly standard orders, but others had specific requirements for dietary reasons. Of those with dietary requirements, one was an avocado allergy for which they specifically requested the guacamole be removed, and the other was for cauliflower instead of meat as they were vegetarian. Some others requested for no sour cream and cheese, no sauce, other meats, etc.
Instead, they basically mixed everything up. The person that requested chicken with no sauce got cauliflower with no sauce. The person that requested no sour cream and cheese got sour cream and cheese. My friend who has an avocado allergy had guacamole mixed into their food and almost had to call an ambulance. I ordered pork and got beef. On top of this, every single order had something wrong with it. We know this to be the case because we mostly had different base items, with some customisations made.
After calling Zambrero about this, we were informed there was nothing they could do as the order was fulfilled by DoorDash. So despite nearly sending someone to the hospital, they were unwilling to provide a resolution except for telling us to take it up with DoorDash - who also refused to do anything as they just...

Read moreI work in a busy office and thought of getting Uber eats so I didn’t have to leave the office. What I thought was going to be a 30 minute wait turned out to be over an hour and a half. I called my Uber an hour after I ordered asking if he picked it up, he told me he was there and they still hadn’t made it yet but they said it will be ready soon. He waited there for 30 minutes and he messaged me saying they was ready and he was on his way. If I knew it was going to take that long I wouldn’t have ordered from them.
