The first 2 chillos were the best drinks we have had, lot's of flavour and thick, balanced drink coffee and chocolate we tried, made by the Gentleman. 2 days later we had a lady making them and they were like a thin shake, she did make them with more crushed ice second time ( that was nice) but they just didn't hit the mark as the first ones did less flavour. Shame that it wasn't a consistent great experience. The first one was a 5 second a 3. The service was very friendly. Ice cream was normal as usual at any New Zealand Natural. Service was shocking. NYE is busiest night according to the staff (pretty sure franchise owners) but only 2 people working and too busy to do anything but ice cream.
