We ordered pad thai and muttor panner with plain nan, Plain nan came with lots of butter so as curry which we could not eat, pad thai was not actual padthai it was lowest quality fetuchini pasta which was like a rubber and told them it was raw then staff asked if we have eaten that before saying yes process went ahead.. we were provided with another another round of fetuchini and staff asked us whether it was ok we wanted to end the disucussion and said ok but while paying my partner said we could not eat anything because of not meeting lowest standard guy in the counter said ok and charge us full money.

I tried the Chicken Biryani from Thai Budda for lunch today, and it was a pleasant surprise! The rice was nicely cooked, flavorful, and had a good mix of spices without being overpowering. The chicken pieces were tender and well-marinated, blending well with the masala.

Portion size was generous — definitely filling for a lunch meal — and the dish came out hot and fresh. It wasn’t exactly a traditional Indian-style biryani, but more of a fusion style, which still worked well.

Would’ve been even better with a side of raita or curry for extra moisture, but overall, I was happy with the taste and presentation. A solid option if you’re craving something spicy and satisfying...

Overpriced and substandard. Ordered takeaway masaman beef curry and chicken satay sticks. Sticks very small but awesome and sauce great. The only good point on this meal. Massaman beef curry was a soup with chunks of beef and no potato or onions. Didn’t discover this until I got back to my hotel room. Staff refused to deliver to my hotel. Had to go back and show them. This is after I sent them photos. Cook admitted everything is pre made but couldn’t explain no potato or onions. Made a new one but not worth the effort. I love Thai but in Bathurst go elsewhere. Indian cooked Thai does not work stick with what you know....
