While waiting to be served, the man at the counter yelled out he was going for a break, while 2 groups were waiting to order, he did not ensure someone would take the orders, just walked off.
The order was not totally correct, ordered a large meal, only got a regular, ordered 2 dipping sauces only got 1, the chicken in all meals was lucky to be room temperature.
Red rooster left a reply to fill in the form to discuss further, did that 24 hours after issue and still no reply, just lip service to make them look like they care.
The only positive was the nice young lady that served us, after realising that the other staff member had walked away, was polite, and friendly
As a local who visited the store on numerous occasions, this would be the last until you pick up the game, absolutely a rubbish experience.
Hi there,

Firstly, the car park looks like it has suffered an attack from a stray Russian missile. Massive pothole in the middle of the carpark.
Secondly, whislt the half chicken was hot, it lacked seasoning, stuffing and had a oily or slimy feel to it. Also the taste wasn't the best. The chips were soggy, tepid and lacked any seasoning despite requesting extra seasoning. They also had an "undercooked" taste about them. Such a disappointment.
Thirdly, the chicken poppers (or whatever the name is used for Popcorn Chicken) were overcooked, dry and bland.
For the $27 that I spent I can say 1 thing. The Coke No Sugar was superb, full of flavour and ice cold.
A major disappointment...
