NRMA Insurance — Local services in Bathurst

have been a member since 1998, never going back. they used to be amazing, but something has seriously changed.

after a car accident where i was taken to hosptial, they gave me $50 for a trip from Orange to Bathurst.... which cost $170

no hire car availability, then given the option to make it to Sydney in 1 hour (from bathurst) to pick up a micro car (for a large family!).....

they jsut don't seem to care about their members anymore and just want you off the phone. They dont listen, and just tell you what they want to say...

I would love to commend the service and attention I received today from the Manager at the Bathurst office. This lady should be used as an example of customer service by the NRMA and I promise that all the frustration felt by customers left dangling on the end of the phone would disappear in a moment. Generally an over the phone purchaser with a different insurer. i decided instead to try NRMA, so went to speak to someone that could advise and direct me with the right cover.
