My recent visit to Addictea Sunnybank Hills left me deeply disappointed and disgusted. As I was enjoying my tea, I was startled to feel something hard in my mouth. To my utter shock and dismay, it turned out to be a fake nail submerged in my drink! This blatant disregard for basic food safety standards is not only unacceptable but downright appalling.
Finding foreign objects in one's food or drink is not only a health hazard but also a clear indication of poor hygiene practices within the establishment. As a customer, I expect to enjoy my meal or beverage without the fear of encountering such repulsive surprises. The fact that something as unsanitary as a fake nail made its way into my drink speaks volumes about the lack of attention to cleanliness and quality control at Addictea Sunnybank Hills.
Needless to say, I will never set foot in Addictea Sunnybank Hills again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well. Such blatant negligence should not be rewarded with patronage. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of vigilance when it comes to choosing where to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA newly opened bubble tea place . A bit pricey compared to other bubble tea stores around the area however you are getting quality tea freshly brewed and made in front of you š. The pearls are nicely balanced with the right amount of chewy/firmness just how they should be. The taro paste tea is one of their signature drinks with toppings included already. It is a must try, so be quick because they tend to run out of this one pretty fast.
MARKETING AND DESIGN: Love that ADDICTEA have also gone above and beyond with the way they brand and designed their cups and packaging bags. Absolutely love how they put a extra layer protection on the lid to stop spillage. However the choice of colour for the interior design of the store is a bit questionable .
PARKING: One of the downsides of this is the parking! Very limited space in front of their store, fortunately there is street parking available or parking at pinelands shopping centre and walking over. Nevertheless will be back ! 3/3 drinks tried so far and they've all...

Today for the first time I realised they had a bathroom in the store, so I decided to use it. You walk past the junk on the floor in the hallway, and are greeted by a dead cockroach and other dead bugs on the floor. The entire room is unkept and when I went to wash my hands there was no hand soap or hand towels. I went to ask the staff if they had had soap, which they said they didnāt. I then stated āyou donāt have ANY hand soap to wash your hands in the bathroom?ā He then again said āno, sorry.ā All I could think of is, THEY ARENāT WASHING THEIR HANDS WITH SOAP BEFORE PREPARING...
