We went to the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall I though it was pricey for what was being offered. The food was omemade and fresh but a tad tasteless.
What the low rating is for was that I found a small stone in my daughter's ravioli. When I brought it to the owners attention, I was literally accursed of putting it in the food myself. The owner refused to believe the stone had originated from his kitchen and even claimed it may of fallen from the ceiling (we were eating outdoors).
Although I offered to pay for the whole meal, he removed the cost of the ravioli while loudly exclaiming that he was decent and I was not. As I left I could hear him spinning the narrative to the other customers.
Obviously I will leave it up to people to make up their own minds about this place but for one won't be returning or recommending the Artimino.

It had no cream because it was in my mouth. It was dry because it was handled by 3 people. As for the looking around? The family to our left or the couple to our right must of been incredibly interested in what four people were doing. Read moreOh my. where do i even start. firstly when you sit at a table and there is water on the table you assume its free table water. my was i wrong. not only did it cost $8.50 but it was also warmer than room temperature. if i wanted warm water i would’ve drunk from my shower head. secondly, our poor waitress was clearly new but this restaurant did not provide her with the right tools to help her. basically setting her up for failure. as a result of this this brings me to my third point. We waited an hour and a half for our drinks. Not only did they come out after our food it also wasn’t like we were ordering anything fancy. it was a simple coke. bring the can. it doesn’t take that long. fourthly the food was well overpriced for the amount of food. not only did the entree come out with the mains, which just made space on our table awkward however after the experience of the night it’s hard to look past the bad taste in my mouth that was previously out there purely from the experience of dine in. i’m sure we just caught a bad night and that they are great on your average weekday. they’re humans they make mistakes but the service i had tonight was so poor they nothing was made to compensate allowing me to change my mind. it just felt like bad thing...

We placed an order through Doordash which was accepted by the restaurant at 5:30 with expected delivery around 6:20-6:40. At 7:00 our delivery courier messaged us saying that the restaurant would not make our order because they were too busy. We could not cancel our order due to the risk of us losing the entire cost spent, and the courier not wanting to cancel for fear of receiving a poor rating. Artimino was unreachable by both numbers listed and all calls went straight to voicemail. As a result, the courier was left standing in the restaurant for 20 minutes while we waited for Doordash customer service to cancel the order.
