Cold Rock Ice Creamery Aspley — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Last night- Sunday 31st December myself and my hubby had come to Cold Rock Aspley for Desert after the fireworks at Aspley Hornets. Around 8.15pm when we got there the shop was filled with customers to the door as we lined up I noticed that there was only 2 young ones on serving. As I was waiting I noticed that they never panic as they asked the customers what would they like, they made sure that they repeated it back to them making sure that they got their order right. Yes they both looked at each other but never Panicked. Yes some of the customers said you are doing well- keep up the good work. As I got served I made sure that I mentioned- you two are doing awesome job - Relax and keep up the great work. A family of 6 came in with three little ones on a quiet afternoon (luckily) and one of the infants went sick and vomited onto the floor. Cold rock staff were very polite and elegant about the whole situation. They were quick and efficient when cleaning the mess. While the mother was a little bit stressed, the manager talked to her and comforted her which I found absolutely awesome they were even cracking jokes also! They cleaned the floor with 3 layers (I think) of detergent, mopping over many times and wiping down the areas of contact where the vomit had been and to that kind of service I am amazed. Top...

Came here for a girl date with my best friend. We are the most indecisive people ever and the staff were so friendly and patient while we ummed and ahhh’d! The place was clean and Inviting, and had quite a lot of customers. The price is average I’d say for an ice cream shop, $8.50 for the regular cup and approx $4 extra for the three toppings.
