I came in here for a burrito after work and I was treated with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. The workers were busy but I patiently waited when it was my turn the lady made my burrito okay but when she began wrapping it the wrap was open and the meat and other ingredients were being dropped into the corn and tomato salsa. When I then tried to question how she was wrapping the wrap, she rudely said to me “what you can say it” and when I said no it’s all good she rudely said “I’ll remake it, it’s not my food” I politely said all good as she was very angry and annoyed. Visited night on 30 March..........review wont show up for some reason...what is wrong with google? Hope this goes through. Food was nice but the service was not shining. Two staff ...... oldest looking one was very passive aggressive. No greeting or anything. Just powered us through like we were nothing. No love to be had!! Might be okay at a pizza joint or something but just sad in a customer facing role.....! Young one seemed good. The first star is for food and second for them! On Tuesday night 30/10/2018 around 6.30pm after long, bad day at work, I thought I’d treat myself to a burrito.... I patiently waited to be served, after a few minutes someone decided to come from out the back and make my burrito. The girl was treating the fillings like that was the last of the stock for the night and when we got down to the best bit (the sauce) I got one tiny spritz...I paid for my food and then the girl slid my burrito across the counter and didn’t say one word.
