CRUST™ Aspley — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Ordered for the first time tonight from the Aspley store, ordered 2 pizzas and 2 salads. The pear and Gorgonzola salad was devoid of ANY Gorgonzola or walnuts. It was graced with a minuscule amount of oxidised pear; the rocket and Parmesan salad was similarly only sparsely favoured with Parmesan... given they were the only 2 ingredients it was wholly uninviting. The pizzas were also extraordinarily soggy, and very average at best. To top it off, when I immediately tried to call the store to give them a chance to rectify their error, the phone went to a recorded message advising that the store was closed (at 7:50pm on a Friday night) and there was no messaging facility either. I tried again thinking it must have been a technological issue but got the same outcome. I can't imagine any circumstance where I would order...

Tonight we ordered crust pizza for dinner, delivery guy drops it off at 45 Allira Crescent Carseldine (not our address). We get a call from the guy who lives at 45 saying he got our order. My sister in law goes down to pick it up and he says "sorry my kids ate some of the pizza".

We open the boxes and theres no garlic bread, and a bunch of slices from 2 of 3 pizzas have been eaten and its all cold.

Called Crust and their response was "we have to verify with the driver sorry". then made us wait for 20mins until he talks to the driver. Crust finally calls back and by this time we've ordered Pizza Hut.

Crust tried to offer us some discount for next time, but honestly too little too late. They seemed to think it was okay for us to just go ahead and eat pizza that someone else had been into in this day and...

We were pleasantly surprised by the service received when ordering. We waited outside by the car for 15 minutes when we were greeted by one of the employees. To our surprise they included a complementary drink and popper for our son, this kind of service is near non-existent in this day and age. We ordered the grazing platter which was nice, not amazing, but nice (7/10), a Mediterranean lamb pizza which was very nice, fresh and full of flavor (9/10) and a kids ham and cheese pizza which was just as it should be, not to much ham, nice base and super cheesy, our son loved it (10/10!).
