Young lady was in process of making previous customer's coffee. She looked at me asked are you right. I replied with a smile, I'll give my order when you're finished. Grumpily she asked what do you want, I replied a vanilla milkshake please. She was quiet, I paid . She finished other customers coffee then served 3 more people. She started my milkshake and handed it to me within secs. It tasted like ordinary milk with icecream in the bottom of cup. I swirled it around for flavour. Poor customer service with a cheeky sarcastic attitude. Always loved the milkshakes but not if the young fair haired...

I come here often, it's usually ok. Today I stood at the unattended counter for 15 minutes before leaving to go and get something from somewhere else. Everything was on and running, no sign saying be back in 5 or anything. After 20 minutes the Asian girl wandered out of the back room before standing back at the till texting away on her phone. What a joke! Obviously has zero concerns about providing customer service. Perhaps she shouldn't have a job if she can't be bothered to perform...

This donut king in indoorpilly level2 such poor service, got my milkshake wrong, when my hot dog came I only had a bread on sausage and tamatoe sauce splashed on one side of the bread it tasted disgusting, people were waiting more then 20mins to receive their orders, the staff were getting the orders mixed up it was so unorganized it's the worst customer service I've had ever. I suggest don't go there at all. Unless you want tasteless...
