Poor customer experience with the "daughter" of the owner of the shop. Allegedly, they've never provided a bottle of soy sauce on the counter, ever! You did! Pretty ridiculous to offer 1 packet of soy sauce for a large curry, when asked for another 1, you insisted there'd be a charge, for the sake of a 30 cent sauce, you've certainly lost me as a customer, happy to support all other franchisees in the foodcourt. You quickly sought refuse out the back, leaving the very friendly, attentive other staff member to deal with the poor altercation you created. I have bought lunch here often, and it’s always been amazing, no complaints. However, yesterday I ordered the chicken curry, no wait I got it straight away (this was unusual). It tasted different, like it wasn’t fresh. Few hours later I began feeling nauseous and unwell. I ended up violently vomiting, and also going the other end all night, it was horrible, never experienced anything like that before. I will never ever buy from here again.
