There's an Asian girl/woman who works there who is very rude. Totally ignored a customer, then didn't bother to respond to the customer who greeted her then turned her back on the customer and walked off. Silent with an attitude. An Indian girl saw her workmates attitude, walks over and apologizes on the rude workmates behalf.

Ate here twice and thought I'd make it a go to place but nope, not with that disgusting attitude.

Apparently this is not the first time she's been rude to customers.

First time to try donuts at this store in Garden city.The donut shop is presented beautiful. If you taste even one donut you will be coming back for some more 😀 .Only thing that would be hard is to choose one or two donuts among all diferent types and flavours,I have taken some photos to show how delicious they look like.Staff is very helpful and this place is very tidy. Was served by the wonderful Sai today! To say I was pleased with her service is to put it mildly. She was extremely friendly and bubbly towards me and we had a very pleasant chat. And more importantly, I am very particular with my coffee, and while I wasn't expecting the most amazing coffee from a Donut shop, Sai got my order perfectly right and I was able to start my day with one of the best warm coffees I've ever had! I will definitely be coming back for more of Sai's conversation and delicious coffee & donuts. A truly wonderful start to my day today, I felt very peaceful going into work...
