I recently visited Agha Juice Shop with friends and family, a place I've frequented for its delicious beverages. However, my recent experience left me deeply disappointed. The young man at the front counter exhibited shocking rudeness, completely lacking basic customer service skills. His demeanor was impolite, and it was evident he didn't grasp the importance of treating customers with respect.

To make matters worse, the quality of the juice was noticeably lower than before. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in both service and product quality. With such rude customer service coupled with the diminished quality of the juice, I have no intention of returning to this branch. It's crucial for businesses to prioritize both excellent service and consistent product quality to retain loyal customers, and unfortunately, this branch failed on...

Rude? Of course yes! Just one guy who makes the ice cream, he himself told me. I had a pistachio shake before couple of days and it smelled bad. I went after two weeks, to get another and just informed the guy who was making it, $9 cash in my hand so there was no chance I was asking for a free one. The guy came from the background and started asking me what was wrong on which I informed him the issue. He kept on saying No it can’t be No it can’t be bit rudely. I said do u mean I am lying then? I am not asking for anything free! I m just letting you know so that you can get to know, but No. it was like it’s true.
