It was the worse experience I have ever had at restaurants in Brisbane… The guy with glasses in reception was very rude and nerveless like he’s working there by force… . Customer service is terrible and sucks their waiters swearing at each other in front of you and don’t listen to you then tell you it’s your fault that your order is incorrect and keep calling you bro bro 😐 Is it the way you serve customers? . Atmosphere is sick, people staring at you like it’s their part of daily routine at restaurants and the gap between tables is really small for passing… . They keep asking you to remember what you get and order. They give you many bills like they don’t know what people eat at table 11 or 10 in their computer or application when you order… . Actually the application doesn’t work properly, I couldn’t place the order cause the app doesn’t work then I ask for help and a girl helped us but they removed the order we had and everything was mixed up together. you must order together, they told me they’re gonna separate the bills but how? If I eat some different dishes then my friends eat less or more than me with different prices how can you separate the bills between 4? Just divide it by 4? . I was invited by my friends who heard about this halal restaurant but Im really disgusted and disappointed by their behaviour and everything from the first time I put my foot in this restaurant… If My friends weren’t there I would leave the restaurant...
Read moreWe were a group who visited your restaurant, and unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and rude. After two hours, we were told that we had to leave because you needed the table for other customers. However, no customers arrived at that time, and there were two large empty tables, along with three small ones, all available in the restaurant. We were asked to leave at 7:45 PM, and we spent the rest of the evening at the nearby restaurant.
This behavior was completely unethical, especially considering that we had three elderly women with us. Out of respect for them, such actions should not have been taken. Moreover, the children were very upset.
We were customers who paid for food, drinks, and everything else. We had reserved a table for 15 people a week in advance, and our friends also reserved their tables for their families, making us a group of 25. You should have been happy to have 25 customers….
The staff there was disrespectful and dishonest. I’ve been to many restaurants in Queensland, with groups of 20 or more, and they were always welcoming and respectful. We never had an issue with the reserved table times, until now. This behavior is truly unforgivable. Please learn to be polite and respectful in...
Read moreAn underwhelming evening. Had to wait 45 minutes for deep fried prawns to arrive while my polo lamb rice was served promptly. Not really a dinner you can share with your loved ones at that point.
We were told there are only two chefs, one for bbq and one for the rest of the dishes on the menu. They were still completing massive takeaway orders while the customers in the restaurant had to suffer being told that they’re understaffed — I would suggest they stop their takeaway menu until they can actually handle the intake of orders. My sympathy goes out to the chef who is overworked and the waitress having to tell people the ordeal over and over again.
One more tip: if you say you’re providing a free drink, provide the drink promptly, that’s how appeasing works otherwise it’s just another thing we had to wait and remind the staff of. Not only that, the staff member who offered us the drink pretended to not know about the free drink they offered themselves. Don’t promise something and not deliver. Funnily enough, the food itself is pretty decent, just being let down by poor...
