Ramen Danbo Sunnybank Hills — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Came here for lunch for the first time on Sunday, 4 June 2023 at Sunnybank Hills. Good and bad experiences below.

Good: Egg was cooked perfect for Ramen dish.

Bad: Parking is horrendous at peak times. Food is pretty average. Gyoza tasted like it had been heated up in a microwave. Ramen was average in taste too. With me ready to order food and drinks straight away, plenty of tables available with no one waiting in line, I walked in and was immediately harassed by a staff member and told to exit the door and wait outside as my friend was still finding a park. I dont mind waiting outside but this lady was extremely rude and pushy and up in my face about it. This was a horrible experience to be pushed and told to leave after first walking in the door.

Hopefully the quality of service and training in respectable behaviour towards customers is offered in future for this establishment. Very disappointing experience. Would...

Just ordered a Ramen soup for $15,33 takeaway they charge $1 extra for container and 0.33 not idea what is that for. The continer was half empty with soup and I asked for a bit of soup extra and chef said i have to pay for it. He was extremely rude and said if you are not happy don't come back here. I mean what a great way to treat your customer specially in lockdown when I was trying to support a business and I have tried many Ramen places really good ones and cheaper with 100% better customer service.

Update* The owner reply clearly shows poor customer skills. NO he wasn't nice at all when he said don't come back and you reassuring that answer knowing that there are better ways to deal with these situations mades it more simple for me to understand why your employees have such behavior.
