tried out Majestea in Sunnybank Market Square for the first time the other day and i was quite surprised!~🤭✨🧐
we ordered their grapefruit tea and purple rice yoghurt drink~ for those who have followed me for a while, know that i adore purple rice yoghurt drinks🤩🥰so seeing it on their menu i had to try it!
💜purple rice yoghurt ($6.3): now this is the cheapest purple rice yoghurt i have found! i love a good deal, but of course it is down to the taste🧐it was quite refreshing! the yoghurt component was blended nicely and was good but the rice wasn’t as nice as other places cough cough @yogostbrisbane 🤭🤣buttttt if i were to pass again, would i get it? yes i would🥰
🧡grapefruit tea (around $6~): ooooo not many places can do grapefruit well!! this was pretty nice! but oh my goodness please get half sugar or even less, i forgot to tell them and nearly died on my first sip but the grapefruit flavour and sourness saved the day🤩🥰but still, get less sugar🤣i got less ice too but if you want full sugar then get full ice so it melts and lessens the sweetness🥳
overall, a pretty nice bubble tea shop! i see quite a bit of bad reviews, but i’m glad i picked the good drinks from their menu by chance🥰✨if you are ever in Market Square, consider...

It can get super busy and wait time can take up to 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the line and number of orders placed. However, if you don't mind waiting, there's a large variety of teas to sample.
I tried the watermelon cheese tea. I know... Doesn't sound too appetising right? It was surprisingly delicious. The sweetness of the fresh watermelon frappe mixed with what tastes like black tea, balances out its earthy bitterness but wait.... add in this creaminess and slightly saltiness of the cheese (I believe it's a blend of marscarpone cheese with milk and maybe salt), it's like a flavour explosion in the mouth. You get the mix of sweet, earthy and creamy (slightly richer) taste in one hit. It's probably something you'll either love or hate, I'm a definitely a lover.
There isn't much seating, so it's more like order your drink for takeaway. There isn't much room for queuing either and it can queue out to the main walkway, which is really busy most of the time, so it wouldn't be the most accessibility friendly for...
Read moreMy favourite tea place in all of Brisbane! Normally I grab the Black Sugar Marble Milk Tea which is perfection; cool milk tea where you can actually taste the tea, warm pearls to contrast, and the brilliant brown sugar syrup swirl. The tea itself is unsweetened so you get the mix of sweetness from the syrup and pearls, and it's delicious.
This time I tried something different with the Kiwi Four Seasons Green Tea and it has actual kiwi fruit in it so hit my craving something fierce. Don't listen to all the negative reviews; this place puts a lot of thought into their drinks so I wouldn't necessarily mess with the sugar/ice levels unless you're confident how you like your drink because they've thought about how sweet each drink should be.
5/5 stars, I drive 50m across town for...
