My husband and I went last night, we were ordering close to closing time but was told by the lady at the counter they would still allow us to order and eat in, no sooner we had grabbed a menu, one of the waiter's said we could only order to takeaway. Anyway the lady at the counter must have been the manager cause her say so over-ruled the waiter, but now the waiter was annoyed with my husband and I and right from the get go he was almost determined to ruin our night. The first thing he did was pull an annoyed face when the manager said we could stay, he knew where we wanted to sit, but insisted we sit somewhere else. We sat down and maybe 3 or 4 times he was glaring our way while we were trying to decide what to eat, finally a waitress expressed the kitchen would be closing soon, would we mind ordering at the front counter, my husband went to the front counter and was served now by the same waiter who seemed to take great delight in telling my husband the crispy chicken was sold out and then my husband asked for a coke and received the abrupt reply no coke! to which my husband responded, "Your rude and your not funny" The waiter tried to act like he was innocent, he couldn't help that the machine wasn't working to order our coke. Usually we receive very good service, but this particular waiter was terrible. We do not mind if some things are not available, but it was clear his tone was rude because he was annoyed we were allowed to stay and order late. My husband ended up walking out as he was sick of this waiter's attitude. The waiter was talking his language and explaining I'm sure his side of the story to the chef and other co-workers, acting all innocent, but it had nothing to do with the sold out crispy chicken or the broken machine which mean't we couldn't order coke, it was his incredibly poor service, his rude manner from the start, the abruptness of telling us what wasn't available and how quick he said it, I want to go back for the food, which from our many dining experience's has been great but I am not sure if my husband will return anytime soon, I think we might try again in a year. I actually felt sad when my husband said we will not be eating there anymore. Great food, most of the time great service. Firstly, our food arrived significantly later than expected. We had to follow up on our order, and unfortunately, the worker at the register seemed dismissive and unapologetic. Despite our bank transaction clearly indicating that we had placed our order 30 minutes prior, the worker insisted that we had only ordered it 5 minutes ago. This miscommunication was frustrating, as it seemed that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
Furthermore, the worker's response regarding the delay was unsatisfactory. While we understand that food preparation can take time, it was disheartening to hear that our friends' food arrived within 10 minutes, while ours was still missing. Additionally, other customers who arrived 15 minutes after us had already received their orders. This inconsistency in service left us feeling neglected and undervalued as customers.
We believe that good customer service is essential in any establishment, and unfortunately, the worker's attitude towards us was rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a sincere apology for the oversight, we were met with defensiveness and excuses. This kind of response only added to our disappointment and frustration.
As loyal customers, we had always enjoyed dining at your restaurant and appreciated the quality of the food. However, this recent experience has left us questioning whether we can continue to support a place that does not prioritize customer satisfaction.

Long story: After ordering food, a waiter came to deliver my food in a plastic bag, I was confused because I thought i ordered my curry rice for dine-in The waiter did not make any explanation when I was puzzled, and the customers sitting next to my table took the take away INFRONT of the waiter thinking that is what they ordered I thought the waiter must had delivered the food to the wrong table because the waiter did not say anything ! After waiting for some time, I asked one of the staff if they are preparing for my food One male staff approached me and told me I clicked take away when i was ordering my food online, so the food that was taken by the other table was actually mine The person insisted it is my mistake to order take away instead of dine in, and allowing the other person to take my food I would need to pay half price to re-order
I ended up leaving without eating my curry rice, despite the fact that i have paid it in full price On my way out, I met the person who took my food And explained what happened, he went back and collects his meal and returned mine This is why i did not make the formal complaint, not because of what the staffs did, but because I did managed to receive the food that I have paid for
