So that's $15 I'll never get back.... If that wasn't the worst meal I've been served up & I've partly tasted (one bite of stone cold burger). I don't know what was....!!
As the photos will show the chips were only parcooked but way over salted to the Max...!! I had two of the first lot of chips & drove back thru & told them that they were cold they said they would get me fresh ones...... Yeah right, they were exactly the same...!! Then I get home / back to the hotel and open up the rest & find.... Coke 3/4 full.. Straw already half open.. Napkin scrunched up & with a tiny bug on it...!! Burger - no sauce no tomato = charged 50 cents... minimal lettuce that wouldn't fill a teaspoon = charged 50 cents..... Stone cold - patty tasted almost frozen cold.... No sweet & Sour Sauce = charged 50 cents...
This was not my first or second choice...!! First I asked for a chicken wrap - nope none available. Then I asked for a toastie- nope none available . Then I was asked "are you ordering anything?" To which I was like wow...!! I explained I couldn't see a menu as it only displayed family packs & some pictures... So I asked about two or three things which was an effort for the young girl to answer...!! Then told I'd have to pay for the extras NO PROBLEM but never received really poor form....!! Then get to second window the second time & the three young girls are all just standing around talking.....!! Needless to say Maccas standards really have dropped in all realms it seems, hence why we seem to select Hungry Jack's if having this treat.... Especially now after loosing our home in the floods, we can't afford a Disgusting half arsed expensive meal that doesn't come thru & ended up in the bin.....!! Oh & I tied a few chips up to show how soft & pliable they were....!!...
Read moreI use the drive through early in the mornings. The majority of this Customer Service Officers doing this shift are rude and, in my opinion, don't do their job properly. Rarely is your order displayed on the board next to where you order. Rarely are you told the total of your order. At the window you pay at, you are confronted by an EFTPOS machine being waved in your face. You are not advised as to what change is being given to you if you, God forbid, dare to pay by cash. You might be lucky enough to be told, "Have a good one.", however, you are not advised which window to proceed to as they slam shut the window. After, what seems like an eternity, someone shoves your drinks at you, closely followed by a bag of food, the contents being made known by the Customer Service Officer, who hurriedly tries to retreat behind that trusty slamming window. I like extra pepper on my burgers and asking for extra pepper is like requesting for a servant to hand feed you. The eyes roll and are a accompanied by the heavy sigh brought on by overwork. Dining here is not a pleasant experience. Salivary glands dry up as, instead of the anticipated hot, fresh and somewhat crunchy french fries, they are bombarded by luke warm, soggy ones. The burgers look like the preparation was a game to see if anyone could actually land the fillings onto the bun from about two metres away. I'll let you in on a little secret....Not many people achieve this. My final thought is...If you don't like the job or hours, stand aside and let someone, who would appreciate having this precious job, do...
Read moreWent in on 13/01/2025 and whole order was wrong. Rang straight away and they never picked up. Rang later on and spoke to a male manager who said he would replace the whole $38.99 order and gave me a code for next time I came in. Went in tonight (14/01/2025) and spoke to a girl at the speaker. When she told me the replacement was for half my order (value was $21.90). When I told the girl that that wasn’t the conversation I had on the phone her manager then started talking. She tried explaining that what the male manager had told me over the phone was not what he had written down. After a bit of back and forth the female manager repeated the order back and when I added in the one of my burgers needed to have the cheese on it because that was what was wrong last time, she then proceeded to tell me “um, I wasn’t done talking” in a rude tone. When we pulled up to the window the order was wrong again and when I told the crew member he said he would get his manager. The same manager who I spoke to at the speaker box came over and started having a go at me saying “did I eat the chips and drink cause I shouldn’t get a replacement meal if I ate the chips and drank the drink” which is not fair because my whole meal was wrong the night before. When I drove to the next window I asked one of the crew members for the managers name and she ignored me so I asked another she proceeded to tell me “April” and slammed the window in my face.
