McDonald's Sunnybank — Restaurant in Brisbane City

The worst McDonalds store I've ever been to in my life. NOT an understatement. I shall explain. Over the past 2 months I've probably been here about 5 times, EVERY visit was bad for a big reason. Visit 1: Walk-in, was around 5 or 6 am, walked in the door and there was rubbish EVERYWHERE there were literally about 5 people in the mcdonalds (it has a large seating area) and yet I still couldnt find a seat due to every other table having rubbish or leftover food on it, was seriously disgusting. Visit 2: Drive-in, Ordered a large sausage and egg meal with 2 EXTRA hash browns, they got the order wrong and gave me 2 hash browns total. Visit 3: exact same issue as above. Visit 4: Drive in, Ordered Large Mighty McMuffun meal with 2 extra hash browns and Orange Juice, received 2 hash browns a bacon and egg mcmuffin and a bloody Coke for the drink. After this insane screw-up I sent them a complaint to their website, a few days later they called (missed it) but they left a message to call them back the next day between 4pm and 6pm, so I did, when they answered they said they couldn't help because the girl that was handling it went home, way to keep an appointment! I left a message with them to call me back again when she was in, its been about 2 weeks and I haven't heard a peep. Visit 5: Drive-in, Ordered a Large Mighty McMuffin Meal with 2 extra hash browns and Orange juice. They got everything right but the fact that they gave me a small pre-packaged bottle of OJ and said "Yeah they only sell the 1 size orange juice now" Which makes me wonder, why the hell did I pay for a LARGE meal when what I receive in the end is LITERALLY the exact same as a small meal?

So many screw ups here that I cant possibly have a good thing to say about it. Also the drive thru exit is impossible to see approaching cars.

Update: Dropped in here tonight to pick up a regular Aussie Angus Deluxe Meal. This place has suffered a massive drop in quality, service, and value. I ordered and paid via one of the self-serve terminals. When I received my meal, it was more or less just dropped on my table without a word, and the server spun her heel and walked away. No napkin was provided. One of the photos attached is of the replacement burger I received after complaining of the minute piece of beetroot on the original burger. Given the size of the piece on this burger, I am sure you can imagine how small a fragment I received on the original one. The duty manager (photo also attached) told me that this piece was about the size they normally served. So there you have it, this is more or less your best case expectation if you eat here. To add insult to injury, the fries I had been served were luke warm, stale, and flaccid, and the amount of actual Sprite in my drink, after ice was taken into account, was barely a mouthful. I will say, however, that the pineapple fritters were pretty good and reasonably priced, That said, the whole meal cost over $20, which is ridiculous for this quantity and quality of food and service. Consider yourself warned. If you choose to eat here, you really have no one to blame but yourself.

Just had a really bad experience at this McDonald's Restaurant, ordered a Mighty McMuffin meal and upon eating it found near the end of the burger there was a lot of egg shells. (You might as well called it a mighty McEggShell burger.) I brought it to the attention of Cashier and she accused me of being tricky and trying to get a free burger; that I ate the whole thing, that I ate too much of the burger to get a refund. Lucky the manager stepped in. I worked hard to pay for the meal, people shouldn't have to pay for something that they didn't enjoy (with that much egg shells). If it was you you would want the same thing? You would be ok with it? Cashier also rolled her eyes in front of everyone, like "can you believe this guy" I don't understand why so much racism and hatred towards me when I haven't done anything to you? Why work at Sunnybank branch when you hate Asians this much? Not sure if the cashier was at the end of her shift or something bad happening in her life, I just felt all her anger taken out on me for no reason. Shouldn't make fun of someone who speaks broken English it means, they know another language, no need...
