Been enjoy their springroll for countless time and never had an issues before until today, I ordered springroll and cannot wait to long and told them will comeback at my lunch time. When I came to collect it, a dude who work there great me with raised his voice and very rude attitude. When you decided to change my food with a new one, it's your choice not mine! And I never ask to.

I was purchased my springroll at 08.50, he said 5 minutes wait, after 5 minutes I told your staff (nice man with glasses on) that I can't wait too long because I start my work soon, I told him I will collect it at my lunch time. Around 1.30 p.m ,I come to collect it and this person with hight tone voice in front of other customers said : you order at 9 and come to collect it now!. I told him : do you have any problem with it? I paid for it. He still on his high tone voice said: we can't use it it's soggy! That was when I said if you choose to give me a new one, it's your choice! I'm a local and tried this shop a number of times over several years. Why anyone would give this 5 starts is beyond me. Food portions are tiny and always reheated rather than cooked. You can tell by the rice in the blows is always compacted from sitting for a long time. Price is expensive. Services at times is just rude and completely impersonal. Staff don't bother to remember regular customers enough to provide a greeting. It's those small things in services that count. Owners believe they can leave their junk on the footpath and have no regard for neighboring properties boundaries. Got there before the rush and was rewarded with friendly and fast service. One chicken, one beef bahn mi made to perfection. For $8.50 each, we found them well priced especially once we tasted them - so good! Only downside was the lack of parking availability.
