A few months prior when i ordered at the speaker for the drive through i forgot to say without beans because i am allergic but asked if i could have it without at the payment window before i paid and was told it was fine. when i got to the collection window one of the younger ladies said to me “we have made it with beans and you asked to late and if we have to remake it it’s a waste for us so we won’t do it”. I then explained and apologised i forgot but said there was an allergy to which she said she didn’t care, absolutely no customer service. Well, today i went and the boy who took my order got it wrong. he didn’t listen when i originally ordered and then i corrected him on it twice and i get to pick up and it was still out through wrong and i paid for a far more expensive meal than what i had ordered, and whose fault is that now? The coffee was made incorrectly, the food was different to what i ordered. and after my previous experience to be made to feel so guilt because of an allergy and then to watch the same girl have to remake the order due to your stuff up, and still no customer service or apology. This whole restaurant needs a review of its customer service to start with. But Unfortunately the girl who told me she didn’t care about my allergy needs to be removed completely, funnily enough when the mistake was on her there was no apology and an eye roll. Read moreConsistently disappointed with this store. Nobody seems to know what customer service is there. They constantly get my order wrong and the customer service support will give you $5 for all your terrible experiences (nothing is ever done about it) My last encounter involved an old female worker who was extremely passive aggressive towards me because the younger girl at drive through screwed up my order. The younger girl even apologised for this and the older worker was not happy I was being helped. On top of this, they all stand around talking the entire time, nobody knows how to smile or be kind. They CONSISTENTLY fail to add my guacamole, chips, warm drinks, salt to the chips, etc. All the females (I’ve only been served by a male twice which was the same young male - who was lovely) there are extremely sassy and rude when you mention there’s been an issue with your order/ they’ve forgotten something etc. No apologies, no accountability EVER. It just goes from worse to worse at Guzman and We don’t give a hoot pty ltd.
When you go through the drive through - you don’t need much service, a smile would’ve been good but not essential.
A little respect of you and your food is a basic 101.
And I’m pretty sure no-one ordered a side order of “ATTITUDE”.
Maybe it would help if the server can’t get the order right and needs to repeat the order 3 times - it would be worth considering turning the music down ?? 🤔 🤔

Then the senior in charge mentions she’ll go talk to the manager - but when the client offers to wait for them. She says - arrhh mmmm - no sorry he isn’t here today I’ll talk to him tomorrow.
When you get caught out for fibbing out reporting to the manager- that’s when you show most disrespect to the customer.
Foods ok - I only eat here as it’s the healthiest drive through.
