Appalling service. My meal did not arrive with the other 2 meals served to our table and none of the staff noticed that we were missing this meal. It took well over 10 minutes to get the waitresses attention to ask where my meal was to be told it had not been cooked and would not be long. 10-15 minutes later when it finally did arrive ii was only warm and not hot and everyone else had finished their meal. Great to eat alone considering we were out as a group! To add insult to injury we were still charged for this meal. One of the meals served did not have the advertised toppings and was like rubber. This meal was barely touched as it was inedible, and the waitresses didn't ask if there was a problem or issue whilst clearing the plates away--big mistake!! Dessert time...it just gets better.... Ordered 3 desserts, which looked great on the menu, only to be again let down by the lack of kitchen to front of house communication and poor management. Yes you guessed it...they didn't have the main ingredient for one of the desserts-Banana. What a joke, only had to wait 10 minutes to be informed that this was the case. What happened to customer service? On top of all this, additional drinks were ordered whist eating mains, only to have to ask for them a second time. No refill of house bottled water was offered.

Such a shame as I have heard good things about this place previously. I will not be heading...

The food is good and the menu has some real Mexican dishes.

One of the best things there is the tres leches cake as dessert, if you go there you MUST order the tres leches cake for dessert, even if you are not thinking of having lunch or dinner, get the cake trust me on this one.

Why 4 stars and not 5? The service is quite slow, not the food but the staff who takes the order, we had to go to the counter constantly to ask for things and we were the only table in the restaurant, nevertheless, the staff treated us very nice always with a very nice smile and very friendly.

One thing that I didn't like is that the Margaritas are 15 each but if you order a Jug it costs 50 however you would think that you are getting more maybe 4 margaritas as it's a jug, nevertheless the jug only has enough drink for only 3 margaritas which if you order the margaritas separately it ñ would be 3x15 =45. In other words you pay more for the same if you get a jug. Not to mention that it's 95% ice and I didn't really think it wa s Avery good Margarita anyways. Maybe the frozen one tastes much better

DON'T GO HERE!!!! I heard some good stuff so that's why I went here but I had one of the worst experiences ever. The food was so tastless and the quality had also deteriorated. And the service was as if the wait staff was doing me a favour. I had to ask twice after my food was served to get plates for us to eat. And nobody even cleared the table afterwards until we asked them too. There was no warmth or even a smile from the staff. Furthermore I went there to celebrate my friend's birthday and I asked the team to do something for her like put candles on the food and probably play or sing happy birthday however, their efforts were below bare minimum. There was a lousy candle on our food and the waitress who served was behaving as if she is too cool to do anything this last part was specifically disappointing for me. Despite the fact that they didn't play or sing hbd the lady didn't even wish my friend. I can't express how hurt this experience was. At the end when I went to pay the waitress even mischarged me. When I informed her about my experience all she did was say sorry. Is that going to undo everything?? My friend's birthday was already ruined. Really...

May '23 Back to average. Reserved an outdoor table for lunch. It was in the shade with no gas heater like the others. My chili con carne (red beans) was bland. If the flavour was in the beef (?) then why bother serving a Veg option without trying to make it tasty? I come here only because the other half likes it. Edit June '22: New mgmt and menus! Vegan and other dietary options catered for now. The menu is extensive and interesting. We had the salsa verde entree - made at the table and was a unique and tasty experience! Vegan burrito and quesadillas for mains with a bucket of corona beers. The only flaw was they made a vegetarian not vegan burrito for my wife. This was quickly replaced. We loved our lunch today and will make a point to come back soon! Uninspired. Frijoles taco is the same as you'd make at home using a tin from the supermarket. No condiments on the table. Where's the jalapenos or sauces? Where's the flavour? A bucket of Corona's is good value.

Put this on your to-do list immediately! Great for birthday’s, weekly visits or date nights. The vegan options are INCREDIBLE!! And the Mocktails 😱 delicious. I had the Vegan Enchilada with extra hot chilli 🌶️ on the side. All of the flavours worked effortlessly together. The food is so full of flavour, well presented and the menu does not fall short of options. The non-alcoholic Pina Colada tasted like a sweet escape from reality 🍹 You can tell a lot of care and passion goes into their food and beverage selections. The team are super friendly and provide exceptional customer service. There’s plenty of seating considering it is a small suburban venue. Indoor as well as outdoor tables. 🥰
