Great food, terrible service. Dont waste your time. Booked a table days in advance for a 5:30 sitting, as we have a young child. Drinks order took a bit, but was OK, ordered the feast, starters and mains were excellent. Then the waiting started. Waited for over an hr before finally getting wait staffs attention. Asked for table to be cleared and enquired as to when the included desert was to be served to be informed that there was no baklava and only one option, no Turkish delight either, as they had ran out because they have been busy. Asked to order tea to be told that the tea bar has now been closed even though we had sat there for an hr and waited and just watched 5 minutes earlier Turkish tea being made and served to walk in customers that were served and cleared in less time then we had been there. Ordered English breakfast instead as that was the only option and waited another 20min for desert to arrive, at which point the tea was cold. When paying the bill at the end, politely pointed out the food was great but the over an hr wait for desert was poor, was told that they have been busy with over 100 people and no apology just defensiveness. It's a rubbish excuse considering that there where less then 20 people when we entered the place and we ordered a set menu feast. Don't take walk ins and as many bookings if you can't service your customers or meet expectations. People of Brisbane, find another Turkish restaurant, as this place is not good as a whole.
