The food here is good but the service is super slow compared to a normal Vietnamese restaurant. I wanted to order some food for lunch today and get them delivered to our store, then got told that I needed to do it online. But the online system said that they only do delivery at night time, so I called them again and asked if that is true: "Can I order at lunch time?" They asked for my address (which is very close to them) and took my order and told me to wait for 45 minutes. We waited for 40 minutes and rang them again to make sure the order is ready. They told us sorry, they don't do daytime delivery. So I told them why they didn't tell us so we did not waste our time waiting. They said they called me back but I didn't answer which is a complete lie. There are no missed calls on my phone from them. I think their staff seriously lack training. A simple incident like this can easily be fixed by their staff telling me from the beginning that they cannot do daytime delivery. But no, they took my order, made me wait for 40 mins and said we cannot do it. Attached the screenshot of no missed calls from them on my phone.

Been going here for some delicious Pho since last year and finally writing a review. Which is unfortunately not as shiny as I would want it to be. Let's start with good stuff - Decent portion size - Great packaging - Very swift prep time - Nice vibe at the cafe itself Not so good stuff - Their signature pho is...ok.. Really not good - Appreciate the economic situation we all are in, but $24 for a pho is a bit too much for the quality you get. Just simply not worth it. And yeah, it's still $24 and not $23. When you are ordering online, you first pick the "luxury pho" for $23 and then there is no option for free beef. It's only $1 beef. Last time I was refunded on a pick up after investigations. However, that happened couple of weeks ago and the issue still there. So either they are slow at fixing their own ordering system or it's convenient for them to charge extra for an already overpriced dish. Not looking good. - Last time noodles were ... soggy and overcooked (check photos) ... which happened to me for the first time with rice noodles I wish you guys well, so hope there will be some adjustment

The food here is comical. Thought we'd splash out and try something new with Pho Queue but what a mistake that was. The experience is almost too horrific to recall but my story needs to be told so that others dont fall into the same trap in going to this "4.75 star" vietnamese restaurant. For starters, I bite into my pork bahn mi and low and behold, the pork looks like slices from a can of spam. The second little surprise was the pink mystery meat that it was cut with (check out the pics). At this point I was slightly turned off but thought it a bit premature to throw in the towel. I was down but not out. I keep going and pull the bun a little further out of its brown paper bag and the knockout blow hits me. A huge patch of mould stares me in the face. Think the owners of this establishment need to have a good chat to their chefs. It isnt a crime to serve shocking food but if it were, someone would be spending some serious time at Wacol... The best, pho sure! The crisp, clean, minimalist decor is balanced with living plants adorning the walls. A perfectly cool environment to experience the heat of what this place has to offer.

There are plenty of Viet classics on offer, such as banh mi and rice paper rolls (the latter being fresh, tasty and paired with delicious dipping sauces), but as the cheeky name of the establishment suggests, pho is the focus here.

There's an array of proteins to choose from, ranging from the standard rare beef through to ribs, brisket and various offal morsels for the more adventurous pho-fiend, chicken, pork and even vegan options!

There are also several broth options (including Brisbane's only zero sugar pho), but do yourself a favour and fork out the extra $2 for the "luxury blend". This magical elixir (which I'm told takes two days to prepare), swimming with beautifully silken rice noodles and tender meat made for the best pho my tastebuds have had the pleasure of meeting!

Our host was pleasant and beyond patient as we fumbled our way through the plethora of choice and while I came very close to leaving without taking her suggestion to sample from the array of desert masterpieces on display at the front counter, I am so glad I caved to temptation; I'm telling myself that I can burn off the calories when I run back soon to make my way through the rest of the...
