Pizza Capers Annerley — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I usually never write negative reviews however I have had an experience here that has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered my pizza order on uber eats and wrote detailed notes about an allergy for my pizza. Immediately after I submitted the order, I called the shop to ensure that my notes were clear and could be accommodated. I was assured by the staff that they could substitute the sauce base for me to ensure that I would be able to eat it. After waiting 40 minutes for these pizzas to arrive, I was disappointed to realise that the substituted sauce was not carried out. Before eating anything I called the shop to see what had happened and to get this order remade. I was told to “hold on” while a staff member clearly walked away from the phone and after waiting a few minutes, I was hung up on. I called back and the call continued to be hung up on multiple times. The call went through and I was told to hold on again while I waited on the line for another 7 minutes of nothing on the other end. I called back again and was told to call back when the manager arrives back in store and they can sort it. After 5 minutes, called back and instead of an apology, the manager implied that I was at fault for not adding the alternate base to the uber eats order. I explained that I called and was confirmed that the base could be changed and they mentioned again it wasn’t on the ticket. They offered me a refund for my pizza or a free pizza next time. I asked if I could just have the pizza remade, was told that I live too far. Could order again on uber eats but it would cost me. Ended up getting refunded the pizza as it was honestly less effort than continuing the back and forth. Definitely disappointed with this service and still no pizza resent, would have thought that something could have been done to please the customer more than a refund, have never had an...

I'm posting this as a review as I emailed the store but received no response.

I ordered yesterday afternoon from this store, we got a classico supremo and a bbq chicken and mushroom, and a couple of sides.

I noticed when I got my supremo that multiple ingredients were missing, there was no capsicum, no olives, and no onion on it.

My girlfiends pizza was correct however she found a hair in it after eating some  and was put off afterwards.

I guarantee you these photos were taken moments after we got home and had only just begun eating the pizzas, we did not open them until we got home so they were still nice and hot.

This is the first time we have ordered from this store. My girlfriend did note the girl at the checkout was very kind and friendly though.

I just thought I would let you know as this is a little disappointing as I'd actually spent extra to have beef added to my pizza and then I found it was missing other ingredients, and the hair was just very unpleasant overall.

This just couldn't be imagined but is a reality. Firstly ordered pizza and they delivered to a friends home, and after them saying it's not their pizza they eventually got mine for free... then 2 hours later got a delivery to my place at full price. Seriously this happened. Gave them a year to maybe change but NO. Spent near 3 hours waiting tonight and after multiple calls finally the supervisor said she'd get the delivery completed. Wow over hours. You must laugh or you'll cry. Never order. Pick it up in person. What a laughing stock. No compensation on both events. It's a crying shame because if freash it's great pizza but waiting hours plus knowing a friend was given my pizza for free. Hurts the mind how badly they stuff up.
