I'm an uber eats driver and I work during the night. I got an order pick up from this restaurant at around 2 AM. When I went there the parking lot, the drive thru and the surroundings was empty. I parked my car and went up to the side delivery box where they usually provide the delivery during night. This young gentleman working for red rooster, made a weird face and said drive thru. I was puzzled because I already parked my car and there was no one there. He could've just passed me the order. Fine, I accept the restaurant policy and I went via the drive thru. I got the order and I asked him why the whole drive thru drama when no one was there. He started showing his attitude as if he owns the franchise. I asked questions on how to collect orders, because some red roosters allow pickup from instore during the night time. He was furious on my questions and said that he will report me and he did via the uber app. The customer service of the gentleman at red rooster on 24th April, 2025 was really pathetic and he was rude to me. If the restaurant has a rule he could've just told me in a polite way rather than showing weird faces. This experience not only affected my mood but also left me feeling unwelcome at your restaurant, a place I have always enjoyed visiting. I believe that customer service is a vital part of any dining and takeaway experience, and this incident has unfortunately tarnished my perception of your brand.
I would appreciate an apology from management regarding this matter, as it is important for me to know that my concerns are being taken seriously. I hope to see improvements in staff training to ensure that future customers do not have similar experiences.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt...

If I could review with zero stars I would. Can’t even remember to pack a drink for the Uber. Then when I ring, I’m talked over by someone who can’t even speak clear English. She argued with me and said I’d have to come in and get the drink. I used Uber for a reason. Asked for the manager she goes silent on her end and then when I say “hello?” She argues that she told me she was the manager. I ask to speak to another manager, and she talks over me again and I’m getting really angry at this point then she hangs up on me! She was rude and defiant. I ring back immediately and it goes to message bank, ring again and I get a guy who tells me he’s the store manager. I tell him the ordeal and he says “yes I know she is rude” I repeat that to him and he corrects himself and says “yes I know she was rude to you” then goes on to tell me that I can get the drink and something complimentary next time. I tell him that I plan to complain over his head and he says “you’re welcome to do that but I don’t know what you want so I can’t help you” also talks over me rudely when I ask for his name he gives it, I ask for her name and he won’t give it to me. Talks over me some more, doesn’t listen and is defiant and incredibly rude and not ONCE does he apologize. I gave up and told him we’re never coming there again and I’ll be reporting him and his store to someone higher up.
I don’t care if it’s a franchise or not, this was NO away to treat an unhappy customer. They were both unbelievably rude and...
