Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I ordered from your store (for the last time). My order was placed at 6.29PM. At approximately 7.46pm, I rang the store as the order still hadn't arrived and was informed by the staff that the order was very close, possibly in our street. At 7.59pm again rang the store and spoke with Julian who insisted that the driver had attended our premises and had been turned away. I explained to him that we had been in the driveway with 4x children waiting for the pizza to arrive, so this wasn't the case. He stated that I was being rude to him to which, I explained that I was frustrated, not rude as I had little people waiting for their dinner. He again said the driver attended my address and again I told him this was not the case. He then hung up on me. I rang back and spoke with another person who informed me that I had been hung up on because I wouldn't listen and the driver attended an knocked on the door and was turned away. I informed the person that this was impossible as I have 7 foot high gates with an intercom that records each person that presses the button. I had the impression that they had no interest in my concerns only to the fact the driver had attended. I have asked for a full refund and we had to go to Maccas to feed the little people. Ordered 6 hickory wings, garlic bread, chocolate mousse. Wings were not tasty, the garlic bread was dry and not hot and they didn't give uber driver my dessert. Called the store and they agreed to deliver the chocolate mousse in 20mins, they delivered within 10mins but the mousse was frozen and I removed the foil and the mousse has frost from freezer on the dessert. Paid $6.84 for a 95g frozen unedible chocolate mousse. Uber driver was efficient and apologetic about the missing item although didn't follow instructions to walk down the driveway and wandered around the property in the dark and startled me coming up from the back not the front. Anyway I ate one wing, a piece of garlic bread and threw out the food out as tasteless and cold and. Won't be ordering again. Very disappointed. Customer service were polite and respectful and tried to sort out the problem so no complaints about the staff on the phone. Delivery staff were polite and apologetic. No complaints. Poor food. After coming here on a Friday for a second time my opinion of this establishment went from incredible to absolutely terrible. The girl who served me last time was not there. My previous review is below:

See previous review: Can you out pizza the hut? Perhaps you can. Perhaps you can't. But regardless of what you believe, I can say with resounding certainty that Pizza Hut Wynnum certainly seems to be un-pizza outable.

With an incredible location, constantly riveting conversations with staff and a consistent ability to annihilate my expectations of what a pizza can offer, I would certainly recommend Wynnum Pizza Hut. In particular, the staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and should immediately be given a promotion as she not only offered the best customer service I have ever experienced but also managed to upsell me from a medium Hawaiian to a family Hershey's Bundle which I DID NOT REGRET.
