Teppanyaki Lovers — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I’ve been here before, but this time the experience was terrible. The staff member was extremely rude. I couldn’t hear her at first, and she seemed annoyed and angry. When I asked if they were still open, she became even more irritated and then rushed through the rest of the conversation with a bad attitude.

When I ordered my meal, I apologized for not hearing her earlier, but her behavior didn’t improve. On top of that, the food was disappointing. I ordered omu rice, which is supposed to have an omelette on top, but just look at the photo. The rice was too dry and hard, as if they either didn’t use enough water when cooking it or used very old rice.

With such poor service and food quality, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off choosing a restaurant or shop that treats customers with respect and serves food made with quality...

This review relates to the Westfield Garden City 8-th street branch. First, they just straightaway take a surcharge of card payment without bothering to mention the surcharge and offering the option of cash payment. Second, after we waited for 20 minutes, they told us, they were out of the soba noodles we ordered. After 20 minutes!! When we asked for a refund, they only gave back the money without the surcharge amount - with a straight face and without an ounce of apology. When we asked for the rest, the lady at the front said they didn’t know the full amount!! After a while they somehow found the amount, gave the full money back (10 cents less, for which, again no apology) - and with an expression that they were doing us a favour! This is preposterous behaviour that no customer should be subjected to. We are never going back to the...

Worst customer services. I asked for a miso soup which there was a sign shown that "you can ask staff if you order a bento"

When I pick up my order there was no miso soup. So I asked again as they might forgot.

Then a rude guy from a kitchen put this paper cup the counter, say nothing, I Pick it up and it was empty.

I asked the girl has no idea why she here. She said yes yes yes.

Then the ride guy came to the counter. Open the lid to show me what inside which is an instant soup powder plus he gave me a rude attitude like.. HERE IS YOUR SOUP.

I mean...should it be serve as a hot soup? Anyway I'm so done with these poor kids services. I just say thank you and leave.

And yes i saw them laughing after me.
