Disappointing Experience Despite Aesthetic Appeal

While the shop’s concept was visually appealing—with its see-through tables, pristine white floors, stone centerpieces, and charming little rock-and-moss gardens beneath the tables—the overall experience was far from enjoyable.

The environment was extremely noisy. The constant chatter of customers, clattering of drinks being prepared, and blaring music—which was presumably intended to create a calming ambiance—ended up sounding more like chaotic morning birdsong than a peaceful soundtrack.

Unfortunately, the space was poorly maintained. Pebbles were scattered across the floor, the once-white tiles were stained with footprints, and bits of rubbish were left unattended.

The ordering process was equally chaotic. Despite mango products being prominently advertised, none were available. The noise made communication difficult, resulting in two out of our six orders being incorrect.

On a positive note, the drinks were prepared very quickly and the staff were friendly and welcoming—but sadly, that wasn’t enough to redeem the...

My first experience when the shop first opened was that the drinks were not as good as I imagined (first time I tried mango grapefruit, it was too sweet for my taste) and grapeboom (also quite sweet for my taste) but my mom really liked it I tried a few more times and really got addicted to the tea here 😍 if you like fragrant tea, not sweet then I highly recommend jasmine latte, I can confirm this is one of the best jasmine latte shops in Brisbane. Also you can try the supreme matcha latte, I'm not a matcha fan, but this drink really convinced me to come back You can see I'm a fan of heytea by the number of orders 😅 luckily the shop is not on uber yet, otherwise I think I would drink it every day a small tip for those who don't have to wait long is to order via the app...

Heytea Mt Gravatt never disappoints! The store is always clean, well-organised, and the staff are friendly and efficient. My absolute favourite is the Coconut Mango Boom, it’s the perfect balance of creamy coconut and sweet, juicy mango. So refreshing and full of real fruit flavour! I’ve tried other drinks too, but I always find myself coming back to this one. Highly recommend if you’re after a quality tea experience with fresh ingredients and unique flavours. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

High Tea. The display design and gameplay are so nice. But the grape flavor I ordered tasted like a $3 slushie from 7-Eleven that was left in the car and then drank the next day. It wasn't water diluted with water for 24 hours, nor was it grape flavor. It tasted like Coca-Cola with a sugary, drained flavor. It was the kind of flavor I never want to experience again in my life. Of all the bubble teas I've ever had, this is the one I truly never want to drink or experience again.
