A lovely lady named Kylie greeted me with wonderful kindness as soon as I walked in. Her customer service was the best I have had in so long and the food was beautiful and ready so quick. Always a great feed. Good prices, fresh produce. Creature of habit and I always have the same. All my workmates go here when in the office. Never a bad result. Service is a bit hap hazard though. This was my second visit to the store. The first bagel I ordered a week ago with crispy bacon was delicious but today I was disappointed. I went before the lunch rush and I suspect that the bacon had been sitting there a while and was too hard and dry. My main concern though was poor hygiene. The woman serving had been moving rubbish bags and a bin and did not wash her hands before preparing my bagel. She used one glove but she occasionally used her ungloved hand to move food around...
