After frequenting many traditional Vietnamese places in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, I was expecting something a bit more authentic. When you have a combination of Malaysian and Thai dishes on the menu, it indicates that you don’t quite specialise in Vietnamese food. This is also reflected in the food being relatively bland And needing extra spice. they also forgot to bring the aromatics and herbs out with my pho and passed that onto me halfway through my meal. Average at best.

Another of Oxford Streets great eateries. Vietnamese Mint has a great location half way along Oxford St, very close to the cinema. The service is friendly and quick, great if you need a quick bite before a movie. The food is of the typical high standard found in the area. It’s licensed and also has a great selection of bubble teas. It’s very popular with the locals and one of the most reasonably priced places in the area.

I am a pho lover. This was probably one of the worst ones I’ve had in a long time. If you think about pho that you take home and you leave it sitting over night to then reheating it the next day … it tastes like that. Where the noodle texture has soaked up all the liquid and the liquid is thick. Really unappealing and bland in favour. Not worth $16+ Sorry please make it fresh next time. This was really not nice.

Avoid at all costs. The manager here is terribly rude and lacks customer service skills, particularly simple respect.

Was made to feel like I was the one at fault - after they charged me and tried to tell me it hadn't gone through.

They told me that the bank receipt with approved on it hadn't gone through because I didn't sign for it and because the service assistant cancelled the order receipt on their computer.... (logic / 10).. ?

I had to go home and produce my transaction history statement for a $5 bubble tea. Even after this they didn't believe me, gave me $5 in cash and told me to never come back.

I went here all the time for bubble tea and brought my friends here too. Even though the bubble tea wasn't even good (watery) I kept coming because I had been going for so many years. I was a loyal customer and it was terrible to be treated like this over $5 .... I probably spent $500 here.

Was spoke to in such a rude, demeaning, and hurtful way I cannot even begin to explain.

I said I would tell everyone I knew not to come here because of the terrible service. So avoid.... so many other amazing places on oxford st. to choose from... don't give these people...

I don't really have any food intolerance, but after dining there, I felt so much pain in my stomach and then a big headache. Later I found out that Asian food add too much MSG, which is artificial salts, and our body cannot digest it. My friend was sugar intolerant, and she asked them not to add any sauce, they basically gave her a cooked noodle only, there was not garlic, onion, or any fresh herbs. Conclusion, they only know how to cook with industrialized sauce. Yeap, I think I will stay away from Asian food, until they learn how to make their own sauce from the scratch and not buying industrialized sauces. The food industry is definitely killing us, they add to much artificial stuff to make it more profitable. It is becoming harder and harder to go out for dinner. Cook your own meal if you want to...

We have been regulars here for a long time and have always loved the food, service and staff. Today was a different story unfortunately . We had arranged a family lunch here and not one of our meals were edible - very salty and tasted completely different to any other time we have eaten here. Despite speaking to a staff member and letting her know about each of the meals, we were still charged for 8 meals that were completely inedible. The response was that she would pass on the feedback to the chef . Sadly , we will not return after...
