McDonald's Busselton — Restaurant in Busselton

Store was very busy..waiting for at least 1/2 an hour to order then another 20min to get our order which was incorrect. Ordered 2 sausage and egg McMuffin only to received both McMuffin's with no eggs!!!! Must say the staff were trying their best but the entire staff were to young to be working on such a busy shift, some were working way to slow and we're spending time dealing with customer complaints. Also didn't realise McDonalds don't give refunds if you cancel your order!! I know young kids need to work but if working in customer service they really do need training be a bit more switched on to listen correctly when taking orders, and to read the orders correctly when assembling the orders. Bit more motivation to work a bit quicker especially when under pressure....oh and it wouldn't hurt for staff to be a bit more friendly when dealing with customers, a smile goes a long way even if your not happy to be their. They need to remember that they are representing the company..bit more professional approach wouldn't go astray, bad work habits now teaches bad habits when they choose a career they want to...

Arrived in Busselton after a 9hr drive. Unpacked & all were hungry. McDonald's the only food outlet that should have been open at the time(drive through). Upon arrival they had cones blocking the drive through, all lights were on and staff were inside but were not taking orders. I rang the store number several times with no answer. At 2.30 they removed the cones so I placed an order and was told they had no salt for the chips, the frappe machine was broken. When I received my order it was hot but the nuggets were missing and there was no ice in the drinks. They had no reasoning to explain the cones blocking the drive through and no apology for the delay.

Can I also ask what happened to the old "Good morning, afternoon or evening welcome to McDonald's can I take your order please" or "please place your order when u r ready" it was so inviting and now all u get if your lucky is can i take your order or silence with no apology for the delay or silence and thank-you for your patience.

I wish I could give this place less stars!! Absolutely awful first time experience. We went through the drive through and almost had to cancel our order as we had no idea what the lady was saying and although we told her we wanted a GRILLED chicken snack wrap, she put crispy. When we went to pay, we had to order it there face to face because we couldn't understand her at all!! We eventually got our order through, but when we went to pick it up, we told the man that the lady had put CRISPY chicken snack wrap, but he didn't really care and said yeh it's grilled. So when we received it we found out it was crispy and not grilled at all. We parked and went to change it and we as well as lots of other people were being ignored like we were invisible. Eventually someone came to us to swap the warp for a grilled one which took ages, and felt like they were only serving drive through. A very poor experience and staff didn't care at all.
