Dôme Café - Busselton Central — Restaurant in Western Australia

I’m afraid of Dome did not well-training staffs the way serving and attitude to customers. I have been faced to LIAM who is waiter there 2 times. The 1st time weeks ago, when we entered the Dome and put down the chair to take the seats at the moment there was no wet sign on the floor and no staffs around, too. But still have some customers enjoyed there, he came to us lately and raised his voice “did you put down the chair??? “ He did emphasize TWICE that question when we so surprised about his behavior. We didn’t know or was not noticed that area being mopped, then we chose to let it go and say Sorry to him, as we were not really take that into trouble. And today at 1.50pm , when we came to counter asking for napkins he was standing beside and tell me “it’s behind me” also showing by pointing his FOOT ???? Yes, it’s literally by his FOOT. That’s really RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to customers , i believe that he failed to his job totally. This attitude unacceptable in hospitality industry, and we don’t want to have a thought that he is racist. Visited the new Dome in Busselton today fir breakfast. Ordered a coffee, iced mocha and 2 x breakfasts. Coffee arrived quickly followed by the food but still no iced mocha. Did ask and was told it would be with us soon. Finished our food and still no iced drink. Went to the counter and the your lady could not grasp the fact that I had my coffee and we had eaten our food and still had goththe iced mocha, she then said how busy they were to which I said you should be doing the drink orders together but not separately. Other tables had thier drinks first event hough ordered afterwards. Will not visit there again ,shame as we travelled from the UK and normallybenjoy a visit...

Premium restaurant prices for average food. Stupid money for a tiny parmy, have to pay extra for ham that gets chucked on a pan for a few seconds and gets put on the plate underneath the chicken and no one knew if it came with chips or not but were happy to charge nearly $9 for the smallest bowl of chips ive ever seen. Ordered 2 choc milkshakes and an iced coffee, all 3 were warm, i had to ask for a cup of ice to add myself. Very hot day and they just had one ceiling fan on low.
