This cafe has the Byron vibe - right down to the overpriced menu... The setting is lovely - sipping on your coffee with the sun bathing you in that glow that just makes you feel relaxed... The coffee is okay, the food too. But. You walk away feeling unsatisfied. With the food, the drinks & the overall experience. $18 for the halloumi toastie - the taste & quality wasn't bad. For $18 tho? I expected better. $8.50 for the milkshake. Except it wasn't a milkshake. It was chocolate milk poured into a milkshake cup that was filled with ice. we love Steph and the team here and are die hard regulars. insanely good coffee, chai blend (no powdered rubbish), exceptional cold-pressed juices and elixirs made on site, old school toasties and sangas, salmon bagels, granola, cinnamon buns, protein balls and other yummies. this is a place where each coffee is made with love, skill and care, your toast is always going to be perfect and there’ll be an extra pickle on the golden buttery toastie. soundtrack is always solid and cruisey.
