Beach Suites – Byron Bay — Hotel in Byron Bay

I chose Beach Suites as my getaway to celebrate a special birthday, with my husband. The reasons were due to location, across the road from Main Beach, the description of their private pool villas, and underground parking availability meant easy walking around town, without parking hassels.

The day before checkin, I rang them to say my furbaby sitter had fallen through. Immediately I was offered the chance to bring him, rather than cancel, which we did. Upon arrival in the underground carkpark, we found ourselves in the most immaculate , clean and decorated carpark we had ever seen in the world! Wow if this is the carpark, what will the rooms look like!!

Walking into reception, we were so warmly greeted, and offered a free upgrade to a Penthouse! Totally shocked and grateful as it still allowed furbaby with us. The stress of recent events, completely fell away with the relaxed vibe I started to feel at Beach Suites.

The Penthouse was stunning, very spacious, a luxury home away from home, with a private roof top swimming pool!

Furbaby provided with bed, blanket, bowls, and treats- he quickly made himself at home. Kitchen had a real Coffee Machine, high end appliances, full size fridges (2) , teas, coffees, bikkies, daily water bottles.

Bathrooms with double vanitys, full bath, full size product amenities for in house use, generous towel, pillow selections and bathrobes to use during our stay.

The king bed was extremely comfortable, ( this is a feature often lacking at a lot of accommodation)

Lovely friendly fairys arrived daily to service and replenish our rooms, and fuss over our furbaby.

The living area with adjoining massive full room length balcony delivered glorious ocean views, sliding doors could disappear to bring the outdoors in! The verandah was perfect for my morning yoga and meditation as was the rooftop area. At end of day relaxing drinks on the verandah overlooking the parkland and ocean with the lighthouse in the distance completed perfect days.

Several times a day we would pass the staff in reception or stop by for a chat or assistance. Everyone we met were genuinely warm and friendly, and I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from the staff. The whole vibe of beach suites is one where you feel relaxed and totally at ease, almost like visiting good friends. After 9 days, we didn't want to leave and we were accommodated for another night. We reluctantly did leave, after 10 nights of bliss at this amazing establishment. Our time at Beach suites has been one of the holidaying highlights of our lifetime.

This is a place where we wish to make return visits. You will too, all of the accommodation levels are just beautiful each one offering unique features to suit everyone looking for a luxe...

My mum and I had a wonderful visit to Byron Bay which was enhanced by our stunning accommodation at Beach Suites, on Bay Street. Our suite overlooked Main Beach and was equipped with everything that we required, whether we realised we needed it or not! Jacuzzi, splash pool, super comfortable bed and pillows.... and so quiet despite the proximity to Main Beach, which was also our starting point to walk our Cape Byron Lighthouse Walking Track which we did every day. No need to stress about finding parking at the Captain Cook parking lot. Sunset was stunning from the Lighthouse and sunrise from Main Beach as I could not get up early enough in the morning to walk to the Lighthouse for sunrise!!! The location was convenient to walk to the shops, restaurants, cafes etc and our drives to Bangalow, Brunswick Heads, Mullumbimby were so easy that we ended up going to these places a few times - nice shops etc!!!

Finally, no accommodation experience is complete without helpful staff and Beach Suites is blessed to have Ava and Sharon at the front desk, with their cheerful and happy demeanour - no request was too difficult! We can't...

What is not to love about this place? From the time we called to make a booking to the time we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, before we came up we had to change our booking several times because of COVID and Ava was so graceful and patient in helping us, she did everything to ensure we were accommodated. Helen, Sharon and Laura also amazing and ensured we were happy during our entire stay. Now to the suites, simply beautifully appointed and modernised with all amenities- did we mention it’s beachfront? Last but not least, rarely any luxurious accommodation in Byron bay permits dogs so we were over the moon when we could bring our furbaby Bailey, but wait.... he was pampered too - a signature bed, organic treats and love and care from the staff.
