Service is too poor as the waiter is trying to debate everything.

First of all, we’ve never asked you guys to deliver the our food in exactly 15 mins. We simply asked how long would take for the food to come out to us as we were in a rush to somewhere else. That’s why we asked the time. We even said that’s ok to the waiter as we understood that it would take some time. Don’t we as customers have the right to ask how long will it take for the food to come out?

Secondly, and nothing personal, the attitude and emotions shown all on the waiter’s face to us were disrespectful and arrogance. Can any customers accept that kind of service.

Thirdly, you talked about why did we finish all the food while complaining your service. As a normal customer, we paid the money, then we can eat whatever we want. Simple as that. However, the quality of food doesn’t necessarily equal to the quality of service. Service is all about respecting each other. We understand you need time to cook and we are absolutely ok with it, but why don’t you to take some time to think about understanding the customers as they might be in a rush sometimes as well.

The way that the waiter smiled to the local gentleman all along the way meanwhile being so disrespectful to us as Chinese, I think we can consider it as a behaviour of racist.

Finally, we did read the reviews on google to know that you guys are doing excellent food so we come. We never expected this to happen, so...

I saw someone sharing a pork fried rice on social media, so I came over. When I placed the order, I said I wanted pork. But they served me beef instead. I asked about it, and the staff was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable by saying, "You mean beef? Do you want to see the surveillance? " At that moment, I was already very unhappy. I said, "OK, then show me the surveillance." But she didn't show me the surveillance, but instead helped me change to pork. When the pork fried rice was served, she said you need to pay for two portions because you changed the menu. I was really speechless and angry at that moment. I often rate highly if I have a good experience, because you can’t rate an elephant on how it is as a bird. That said, I wish this restaurant existed back home in Montreal. When I came to eat there was a staff of 2 people serving 17 of us total. Each meal was fresh and made to order. Everything was delicious. A rare time where I wish I had more than one stomach. I ordered the spring rolls (I disrupted their nice presentation in my photo) with the perfect sweet and spicy dipping sauce. My main dish was the drunken noodles. Huge Thank you for the meal.
