Went to pho tiger today with my partner, and we had ordered the shaking beef and com tam, and both were really good. However, we had also ordered a watermelon juice and a avocado smoothie. The watermelon was nice, very fresh, but the avocado smoothie was not. Upon the first taste, you could tell that the avocado used was not a very good one. We had expressed this to the waitress and she took it back, only for the person I assumed was the owner to bring the same exact smoothie back over to us and say that we were wrong because the avocado used was fresh and not frozen/not expired. My partner is from vietnam, he’s had that specific drink many times and we could both tell there was something off with it and I do not think giving us back a drink that we had expressed was not good, is good customer service. Especially telling us that we were wrong, we know what an expired avocado would taste like. We had also asked for a drink to replace that one, to which we didn’t get and were still charged for the smoothie that we had sent back. Not happy with how that was handled at all. We had come here previously and had no issues, but if thats how things are handled when you ask for a resolution to something you were served but shouldn’t have been, then we will definitely...

Have been here a couple of times so this is a general review for all of the time coming here. Stir-fried dishes are the first priority as they not only have great portions but also have good smoking smells and this is a recommendation for beginners - Shaking beef and S&P roast duck are must-try dishes Pho is phenomenal as they use high-quality beef compared to other restaurants I tried and I know how to cook pho and the soup of the pho is really balanced with spices ( I have MSG intolerance but Pho in here is safe for me as I was told that they used minimum amount of it) Entree dishes such as Rice paper rolls and Stuff chicken wings are dominant items as I keep seeing them bringing it out to other tables. I tried the tasting platter as it was an option to have different items in one plate. Really recommend for newcomers
